In the 17th minute of the match Dagoberto Salgado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zula Dubilas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Zachariasz Skrzypek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Germano Guimarães made a precise shot to the right of Zula Dubilas. All Stars FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of All Stars FC booed when Anhandui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Germano Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariasz Skrzypek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Travassos charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurício Cruz couldn't finish the play. Zachariasz Skrzypek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albertinho de Carvalho having to interfere. In the 43rd minute of the match, Eren Şikel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albertinho de Carvalho saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zachariasz Skrzypek was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Zachariasz Skrzypek sped through Anhandui's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Albertinho de Carvalho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachariasz Skrzypek in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albertinho de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zachariasz Skrzypek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Igor Trigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albertinho de Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
