It was a penalty for MARMANDUKE FC! The referee gave Boa Esporte Clube a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aílton Paulista, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of MARMANDUKE FC's Kaká Vinhas. 0-1. Vitinho Vinhas hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Boa Esporte Clube's Doriva de Alcântara in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MARMANDUKE FC's goalie prevented a goal. Aílton Paulista scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaká Vinhas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MARMANDUKE FC's Kaká Vinhas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elano da Silva in the 29th minute of play. Kaká Vinhas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Doriva de Alcântara went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 38 played minutes Boa Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Antunes. A hard shot by Henrique Furtado from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Lino Zonta's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Doriva de Alcântara was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Tomé Ramalho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaká Vinhas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Aílton Paulista was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 63rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kaká Vinhas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano da Silva in the 65th minute of play. If Tomé Ramalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Elano da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Vinhas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaká Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elano da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvério Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvério Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 75th match minute, MARMANDUKE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvério Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Bebeto Paranaense received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kaká Vinhas came out and tried to block the shot, but Bebeto Paranaense slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 80th minute. Elano da Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Vinhas having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Doriva de Alcântara made a precise shot to the right of Kaká Vinhas. MARMANDUKE FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Carlos Augusto Antunes took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kaká Vinhas. Kaká Vinhas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. The MARMANDUKE FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boa Esporte Clube were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
