Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Saturnino Emeterio got the match started through his kick off. In the 12th minute, Rampa's Romeu Urbano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guga Lara. Guga Lara yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. José Leal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Emeterio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After 31 played minutes EC Vitória got a freekick which was hit by Paulão Oliveira. In the 34th minute, Luís Gustavo Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Leal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aluísio Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugênio Coelho during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eugênio Coelho hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. José Leal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saturnino Emeterio's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. José Leal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Behe in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Gustavo Mendes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 59 minutes, Saturnino Emeterio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Vitória's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Emeterio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Luizão Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Saturnino Emeterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Leal. Rampa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saturnino Emeterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Rampa's zone, Frank de Godoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Leal came out of the goal and Frank de Godoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Jordan Šokčević reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of José Leal. The goal made the score 2-4. With an all-out effort, EC Vitória's José Leal threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frank de Godoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. From a short distance, EC Vitória's Saturnino Emeterio, in the 80th minute, tried to place the ball behind José Leal, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 2-5 when Saturnino Emeterio sped through Rampa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of José Leal. With a little luck, Rampa's José Leal got control of the ball when Jordan Šokčević tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saturnino Emeterio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, José Leal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Rampa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. EC Vitória were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
