Toninho de Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Miranda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toninho de Senna in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Messias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Golden Boys Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Golden Boys Futebol Clube's Toninho de Senna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rd minute, Ibatui AD's Maurinho Trevisan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Fernando Lopez charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Lopez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 minutes of play, Golden Boys Futebol Clube's 冯志誉 made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Messias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maurinho Trevisan to strike the kick off in the second half. When Diamantino Coutinho fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibatui AD's protests and gave Diamantino Coutinho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ibatui AD getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Diamantino Coutinho hit a great ball. Vicente Messias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Veloso in the 57th minute of the match. After 57 minutes, Tomé Nóbrega mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibatui AD and the Golden Boys Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ibatui AD's Tomé Nóbrega got a free kick in the 57th minute. Golden Boys Futebol Clube were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Ibatui AD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Maria Sena took the corner. Cássio Botelho charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cássio Botelho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, Ibatui AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cássio Botelho to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Vicente Messias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tony Mirandas short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Vicente Messias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 冯志誉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Vicente Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Rogério Loureiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Alvarenga was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Tony Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Messias having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Tony Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golden Boys Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Tony Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomé Nóbrega hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 冯志誉's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Messias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Golden Boys Futebol Clube booed when Ibatui AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diamantino Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 冯志誉 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vicente Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Miranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Messias having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Golden Boys Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ibatui AD.
