The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Sílvio Luís Abraão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Washington Lago went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Amadeu Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeu Pires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Amadeu Pires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Luís Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Veloso in the 60th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, S.E Dynamite's Agnaldo Alcântara got a free kick in the 60th minute. Amadeu Pires was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. S.E Dynamite's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
