When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Paulo Renato de Sousa put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of João Pires. After 29 minutes of play, Real jumex FC's Fernandinho de Souza made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net.
