Cléber Favoretto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Rossi having to interfere. 36 minutes in the game, José Gonçalves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ulysses Zonta having to interfere. Maruanum's Thiago Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Lara in the 37th minute of play. Téo Saldanhas short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Ulysses Zonta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Zeca Goiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Cléber Favoretto made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Rossi. Maruanum's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Maruanum players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oassara AD were winning 0-3.

Thiago Rossi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Lara's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Arnaldo Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Cléber Favoretto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulysses Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Saldanha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maruanum's Thiago Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Maruanum from getting a goal against them. Zeca Goiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Rossi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Oassara AD's Zeca Goiano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Kléber Brasil lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Oassara AD's Kléber Brasil got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If José Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oassara AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
