CHAPECOENSE's Gildo Melo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save CHAPECOENSE from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, CHAPECOENSE's goalkeeper Gildo Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wellington Faustino. After a defensive mix-up in CHAPECOENSE's zone, Gugu Pirani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gildo Melo came out of the goal and Gugu Pirani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Wellington Faustino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu de Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Régis Meira's late challenge caught a CHAPECOENSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Régis Meira helped the player get up and apologised. Régis Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Uacorisal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Garcia came free, but Ramiro do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hudson Garcia to make the kick off. In the 58th minute Wellington Faustino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Wellington Faustino made a precise shot to the right of Gildo Melo. CHAPECOENSE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Eliseu de Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Ramiro do Nascimento made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Hudson Martins made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro do Nascimento. Uacorisal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gugu Pirani in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gildo Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, Uacorisal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hudson Garcia came free, but Ramiro do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramiro do Nascimento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vivaldo Antunes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 93 minute of play.
