With a little luck, Real Vale do Sol MZC's Carlinhos Neiva got control of the ball when Roberto Campidelis tried to sneak it across the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Calanaque's goal looked a bit too open when Gonçalo dos Santos came free, but Fabinho Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Serginho Cruz fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Calanaque's protests and gave Serginho Cruz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Calanaque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serginho Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Real Vale do Sol MZC's Gonçalo dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlinhos Neiva didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Fabinho Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvério Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Calanaque's zone, Gonçalo dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonçalo dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fabinho Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amílton Rosado was the one to do the kick off. Silvério Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, Gonçalo dos Santos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Calanaque's Fabinho Netto. Fabinho Netto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roberto Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fabinho Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvério Vinhas in the 71st minute of play. Silvério Vinhas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gonçalo dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabinho Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Vinhas in the 92nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Calanaque's Fabinho Netto got control of the ball when Gonçalo dos Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Calanaque succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Real Vale do Sol MZC had controlled the match.
