In a very dangerous position, a player in TARGARYENS FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Rubiataba a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dadá de Castro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TARGARYENS FC's Cido Vianna. 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dadá de Castro made a kick off. In the 55th minute Dadá de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Vianna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rubiataba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Dadá de Castro struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. The referee ignored Rubiataba's protests and gave Maurinho de Lima a yellow card for diving instead. Maurinho de Lima hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, TARGARYENS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fábio Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. After 87 minutes, Edgard Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TARGARYENS FC and the Rubiataba players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TARGARYENS FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Edgard Furtado hit a great ball. Cido Vianna stood somewhat misplaced when Maurinho de Lima came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 88 minute. Rubiataba's Dadá de Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dadá de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Rubiataba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dadá de Castro couldn't finish the play.
