Dadá de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tiago Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matías Carioca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dadá de Lima in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Magno Botelho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 19th minute, Dadá de Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 minutes of play, C.R. FLANALDO's Matías Carioca made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magno Botelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amauri Bezerra hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Magno Botelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dadá de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dadá de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magno Botelho having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Dadá de Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Magno Botelho was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Dadá de Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Magno Botelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederico Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Porto in the 51st minute of play forced Stalinista SC's goalkeeper Magno Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magno Botelho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadá de Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute of the match C.R. FLANALDO got a corner. Stalinista SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juarês Figueiredo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Juarês Figueiredo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stalinista SC's Magno Botelho did a great save. The audience was convinced that Dadá de Lima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magno Botelho was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Dadá de Lima might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magno Botelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stalinista SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Donatello Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Mota breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dadá de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Dadá de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.R. FLANALDO's supporters rose to their feet, but Dadá de Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Botelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Vágner Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Dadá de Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.R. FLANALDO's supporters rose to their feet, but Dadá de Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magno Botelho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
