Beto Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 12th minute of the match. Juarês Varela hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, Carmelopolis AD's Edinho Hoffmann made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Torres was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carmelopolis AD's Beto Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to Vassouro SC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Björn Waller hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the game, Valério Guedes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Beto Netto. Valério Guedes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 59th minute, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made a precise shot to the right of Beto Netto. Carmelopolis AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 63rd minute, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vassouro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Vassouro SC's Júlio Passos was substituted for Valério Guedes. After 69 minutes, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Carmelopolis AD's Beto Netto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Beto Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the 76th minute of the match. Júlio Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Beto Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caetano Coutinho's late challenge caught a Vassouro SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caetano Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, Caetano Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Carmelopolis AD getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Caetano Coutinho hit a great ball. Percy da Silva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Beto Netto. Carmelopolis AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 84 minutes, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Carmelopolis AD's Beto Netto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Beto Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Júlio Passos in the 87th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beto Netto was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Beto Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 93 minutes Carmelopolis AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Percy da Silva who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Vassouro SC's corner Percy da Silva fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Beto Netto quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Carmelopolis AD's zone, Júlio Passos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beto Netto came out of the goal and Júlio Passos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vassouro SC had played much better football throughout.
