Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Dorival Nóbrega successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 48 minutes into the match, Trocari's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Quintal came free, but Dorival Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Duarte Dante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorival Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 57th match minute, Trocari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Eliseu Quintal took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorival Nóbrega. Dorival Nóbrega dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseu Quintal in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorival Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorival Nóbrega didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliseu Quintal went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.
