Luizão Matos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurício Mangueira's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Roceira's goal looked a bit too open when Maurício Mangueira came free, but Luizão Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roceira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurício Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 35 played minutes Guayanazes SS got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Quadros. Matheus Salles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gernando Barbosa made a huge save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aílton de Amorim to make the kick off. Aílton de Amorim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93 played minutes, Roceira's Percy Cabral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gernando Barbosa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roceira reached it. Guayanazes SS's Gernando Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton de Amorim in the 94th minute of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Matheus Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guayanazes SS's Gernando Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guayanazes SS were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
