In the 23rd minute, Kléberson Botelho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabiano Palmeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Agnaldo Guimarães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Olivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almir Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Agnaldo Guimarães sped through Olivia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michel dos Santos. When Rastafary's Agnaldo Guimarães in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fabiano Palmeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléberson Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Michel dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Célio Coelho charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Célio Coelho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Célio Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Benjamim Mendes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rastafary the free kick. Benjamim Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. With his leg Michel dos Santos managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Rastafary's Agnaldo Guimarães fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Rastafary booed when Olivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitório Eger didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Rastafary's Agnaldo Guimarães slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel dos Santos. That made the score 1-6 after 95 minutes of play. When the match was over Rastafary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Olivia throughout the match.
