Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Guaporé's Benê Pombal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cabura FC's Sandro Antunes got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandro Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Almir Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandinho Pombal having to interfere. Sandro Antunes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Fernandinho Pombal made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Fernandinho Pombal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Fernandinho Pombal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sandro Antunes went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Almir Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Fernandinho Pombal made a huge save. Almir Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, Guaporé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Mota to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute Almir Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eurico Moraes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernandinho Pombal came out and tried to block the shot, but Eurico Moraes slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. Fernandinho Pombal came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabura FC's Osvaldinho Maciel. But to his dismay, Osvaldinho Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to Guaporé getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Benê Pombal hit a great ball. When José Maria Cardoso fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabura FC's protests and gave José Maria Cardoso a yellow card for diving instead. José Maria Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sandro Antunes struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Fernandinho Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabura FC. In the 60th minute Almir Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernandinho Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Fernandinho Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Antunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandro Antunes in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernandinho Pombal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th match minute, Guaporé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Mota to maneuver through the defense. Fernandinho Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Antunes in the 68th minute of the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Frederico Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaporé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emílio da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Paraibano in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Juan Mota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Juan Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaporé's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Mota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio da Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Natanael Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Almir Teixeira scored 4-0 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernandinho Pombal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fernandinho Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandro Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Benê Pombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
