Spectators: 6654 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iuri Sabóia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Roger Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ricardo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olaria's goalkeeper Ricardo Neiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Naldo Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente de Castro having to interfere. Roger Prestes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Olaria's Betinho Baptista got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Ricardo Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Prestes in the 24th minute of the match. If Roger Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Roger Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Prestes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iuri Sabóia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente de Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Ricardo Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Urbano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Urbano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ricardo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Urbano in the 42nd minute of play. When Gussolandia's João Urbano in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olaria's goalie prevented a goal.

In the 52nd match minute, Olaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naldo Donato to maneuver through the defense. Gussolandia's Jonathan da Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When João Urbano came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gussolandia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Urbano couldn't finish the play. Roger Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ricardo Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Urbano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Neiva having to interfere. Iuri Sabóia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente de Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 81st minute, Olaria's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after João Urbano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ricardo Neiva came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gussolandia's Roger Prestes. But to his dismay, Roger Prestes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Vicente de Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Cláudio Quirino kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iuri Sabóia in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente de Castro saved Gussolandia from getting behind. Ricardo Neiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Prestes in the 96th minute. When the match was over Gussolandia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Olaria throughout the match.
