Spectators: 7082 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 40) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Romeu de Carvalho kicked off to start the match. Romeu de Carvalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Kléberson Zanette might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Pereira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kléberson Zanette ran back to his position shaking his head. Márcio Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Robinho Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kléberson Zanette could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Carlos Pereira made a huge save. Robinho Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeu de Carvalho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Pereira having to make a save. Carlos Pereira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kléberson Zanette showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. If Márcio Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was beautiful to see Recusa AD's Kléberson Zanette in action when he in the 47th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Carlos Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Quixudi AD's goal looked a bit too open when Kléberson Zanette came free, but Carlos Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kléberson Zanette blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Pereira having to make a save. After 61 minutes, Arnaldo Cerezo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Recusa AD and the Quixudi AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Recusa AD booed when Quixudi AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernani de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Recusa AD's Arnaldo Cerezo got a free kick in the 66th minute. Kléberson Zanette came free in the 70th minute and tried to tip the ball over Carlos Pereira, but to the joy of Quixudi AD's supporters the ball went over. Kléberson Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Quixudi AD's goal looked a bit too open when Kléberson Zanette came free, but Carlos Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 played minutes Quixudi AD got a freekick which was hit by Ernani de Souza. 87 minutes into the match, Recusa AD's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Paulista came free, but Robinho Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Romeu de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kléberson Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quixudi AD's Eugênio Freire got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Recusa AD players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
