The Aruja SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bernard Galus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silas Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The referee ignored Aruja SS's protests and gave Silas Alvarenga a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Aruja SS got a freekick which was hit by Silas Alvarenga. Artur Prado hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Bernard Galus in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
