The Ascencao fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 9 minutes into the game, LustRaptors's Deivid Negri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willian Valladares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Cléber das Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ascencao's supporters rose to their feet, but Cléber das Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raphael Capixaba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LustRaptors's Raphael Capixaba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué Nogueira in the 15th minute of play. Raphael Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josué Nogueira in the 19th minute of play. Raphael Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cléber das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Capixaba having to interfere. If Josué Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Josué Nogueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raphael Capixaba. LustRaptors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josué Nogueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Josué Nogueira came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ascencao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Josué Nogueira couldn't finish the play. The LustRaptors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ascencao were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deivid Negri to strike the kick off in the second half. Deivid Negri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Willian Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, LustRaptors's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber das Neves came free, but Raphael Capixaba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raphael Capixaba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovanni de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Ascencao's Cléberson Araújo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ascencao's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
