Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomás Albuquerque took the kick off in the first half of the match. André Luiz Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Artur Paes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anísio Koehler during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artur Paes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fellipe Barreto in the 13th minute. In the 19th match minute, Campinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilson Zonta to maneuver through the defense. Aluísio de Castro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Enéas Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Campinhos's Diguinho Rezende couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tejessuoca. Tomás Albuquerque's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Paes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. If Rui do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Campinhos's Enéas Correia got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Rui do Valle cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. André Luiz Aguiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ramiro Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Fellipe Barreto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Campinhos's Tomás Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Campinhos booed when Tejessuoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fellipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Artur Paes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campinhos. Rui do Valle might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Luiz Aguiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui do Valle ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Tomás Albuquerque sped through Tejessuoca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Artur Paes. If Fellipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tejessuoca's Artur Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Albuquerque in the 77th minute of play. Tião de Sousa's late challenge caught a Tejessuoca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tião de Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. 87 minutes into the game, Claudinho Maciel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tejessuoca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campinhos the free kick. The supporters of Tejessuoca booed when Campinhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tostão Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 minutes of play, Tejessuoca's Rui do Valle made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Luiz Aguiar was left in no man's land by his defense there!
