Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sandro Pereira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Enrique Albuquerque was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorian Galvão got free with Germano Arce in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Timão Sobral's João Pedro Pires has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 20th minute. With a little luck, Timão Sobral's Germano Arce got control of the ball when Marco Paes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Umaita FC's Dorian Galvão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Germano Arce. Germano Arce yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Felipe Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Germano Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germano Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Felipe Peixoto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Germano Arce. Felipe Peixoto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enrique Albuquerque to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Paes in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Germano Arce saved Timão Sobral from getting behind. Timão Sobral's Germano Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Albuquerque in the 53rd minute of play. If Enrique Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deivid de Lima made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Sandro Pereira sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Timão Sobral's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Albuquerque came free, but Germano Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Timão Sobral's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Peixoto came free, but Germano Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Albuquerque in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Germano Arce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felipe Peixoto took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Germano Arce. Germano Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. José Vítor Luz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Timão Sobral's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Germano Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Albuquerque in the 96th minute of the match. Umaita FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Timão Sobral for a fine match.
