In the 65thth minute of the game Elder Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carnaubeira's Erasmo Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 played minutes Carnaubeira got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Quintal. In the 66th minute Elder Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Peres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Carnaubeira's goal looked a bit too open when Elder Dias came free, but Erasmo Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
