After a rather tough play, Paranovaiorque's Oswaldo Hames got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marquinhos Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FBS Football Club's Cícero Dante got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Salgado in the 14th minute of play forced FBS Football Club's goalkeeper 于翀星 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Oswaldo Hames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 于翀星 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luisão do Nascimento during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes Paranovaiorque got a freekick which was hit by Luisão do Nascimento. 21 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Salgado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 于翀星. FBS Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquinhos Salgado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 24 minutes into the game, Paranovaiorque's Marquinhos Salgado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 于翀星 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Marquinhos Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Oswaldo Hames put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of 于翀星. 33 minutes into the game, one of FBS Football Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Paranovaiorque a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Prudencio Urbina, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FBS Football Club's 于翀星. 0-5. The supporters of Paranovaiorque booed when FBS Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilson Trigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paranovaiorque's Oswaldo Hames got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marquinhos Salgado struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. 于翀星 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paranovaiorque. Oswaldo Hames's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 于翀星 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. The FBS Football Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Paranovaiorque were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marquinhos Salgado to make the kick off. FBS Football Club's 于翀星 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FBS Football Club from getting a goal against them. With his leg 于翀星 managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Paranovaiorque's Oswaldo Hames fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 56 minutes into the match, FBS Football Club's goalkeeper 于翀星 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oswaldo Hames. In the 58thth minute of the game Marquinhos Salgado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FBS Football Club's 于翀星 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 于翀星 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FBS Football Club's zone, Oswaldo Hames stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 于翀星 came out of the goal and Oswaldo Hames tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marquinhos Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 于翀星 having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Oswaldo Hames managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paranovaiorque's supporters rose to their feet, but Oswaldo Hames was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 于翀星 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marquinhos Salgado had several of the FBS Football Club's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed 于翀星 as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Marquinhos Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 于翀星 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Oswaldo Hames came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Paranovaiorque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oswaldo Hames couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oswaldo Hames got free with 于翀星 in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 于翀星 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Salgado in the 89th minute of the match. Paranovaiorque's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
