Pontus Ekegren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Wilton Vidal made a huge save. Turuma AD's Wilton Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitinho Vergílio in the 16th minute of play. Pontus Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Wilton Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Turuma AD's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Vergílio came free, but Wilton Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FOX - SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vitinho Vergílio in the 26th minute. The corner ended in Vitinho Vergílio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Turuma AD's Wilton Vidal did a great save. Deivid Cosme took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorginho Queirós. Jorginho Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of FOX - SC booed when Turuma AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedito Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, César França dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilton Vidal, 2-1. Wilton Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenílson Novaes in the 40th minute of play. Raphael Donato hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Wilton Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Furtado in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorginho Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jorginho Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Cosme in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when César França stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wilton Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilton Vidal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Deivid Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 72nd minute, Vitinho Vergílio made a precise shot to the right of Wilton Vidal. Turuma AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 76 minutes into the match, Turuma AD's goal looked a bit too open when Vitinho Vergílio came free, but Wilton Vidal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute, Pontus Ekegren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FOX - SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. If Deivid Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iker Azeari charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Azeari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Iker Azeari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Turuma AD's Wilton Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César França in the 89th minute of play. Deivid Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Queirós having to interfere. After 93 played minutes FOX - SC got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Amorim. FOX - SC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
