The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jardel Brito made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Ortiz in the 54th minute of play forced Taciua SC's goalkeeper Álvaro Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Marquinhos Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Régis Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Álvaro Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
