Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilton Cosme started the match with the kick off. Álvaro Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Abraão having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Álvaro Velasco in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arthur Abraão prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arthur Abraão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Álvaro Velasco's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After having played for 9 minutes, Romeu Travassos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeu Travassos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilton Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ramiro da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arthur Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Álvaro Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Ciza getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mané Bittencourt hit a great ball. Khalis Sea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Ciza defense, Basílio Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arthur Abraão. The Ciza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arthur Abraão should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Adelino Ortiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuparetama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Ortiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Álvaro Velasco was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Khalis Sea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute Khalis Sea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Álvaro Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Abraão having to interfere. After 61st play minutes Álvaro Velasco shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Arthur Abraão and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Tuparetama FC booed when Ciza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilton Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Arthur Abraão managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when Tuparetama FC's Álvaro Velasco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ramiro da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilton Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Álvaro Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Arthur Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Tuparetama FC got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Messias. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton Cosme in the 75th minute of play forced Tuparetama FC's goalkeeper Ramiro da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Álvaro Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ramiro da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilton Cosme in the 80th minute of the match. Wilton Cosme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro da Silveira having to interfere. Álvaro Velasco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arthur Abraão having to make a save. Basílio Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Álvaro Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tuparetama FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Álvaro Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tuparetama FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
