Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sílvio Luiz Catarinense started the match with the kick off. Felipe Correia was a little too slow when Júlio Donato got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, Pocete FC's Felipe Correia got control of the ball when Tostão Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tostão Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Felipe Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cabocio. Júlio Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Correia having to interfere. Sílvio Luiz Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando dos Santos having to interfere. Tostão Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Sílvio Luiz Catarinense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocete FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Luiz Catarinense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando dos Santos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cabocio's Cristian Jacinto in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pocete FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute, Tostão Montenegro fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Felipe Correia, passed just outside the right post. Júlio Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Felipe Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Correia came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabocio's Tostão Montenegro. But to his dismay, Tostão Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Tostão Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Júlio Donato made a kick off. If Pedrão Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 58th minute, Vivaldo de Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute Júlio Donato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Júlio Donato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Felipe Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão Montenegro in the 69th minute of play forced Pocete FC's goalkeeper Felipe Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Júlio Donato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The audience was convinced that Júlio Donato's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Correia was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. When Tostão Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Cabocio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Montenegro couldn't finish the play. After having played for 78 minutes, Júlio Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabocio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Tostão Montenegro made a precise shot to the right of Felipe Correia. Pocete FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Donato in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felipe Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cabocio's Júlio Donato got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Váldson Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
