Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evandro Peixoto made the kick off which started today's match. Rien Kikkert struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Lucas Meirelles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locomotiva FC. Locomotiva FC's Evaristo Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the MagLevCobra defense, Evandro Peixoto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Meirelles. The MagLevCobra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Meirelles should have stopped the shot. Vitório Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Meirelles having to interfere. If Evandro Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardinho Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in MagLevCobra's zone, Duda Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Meirelles came out of the goal and Duda Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Araújo in the 33rd minute of play forced MagLevCobra's goalkeeper Lucas Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabinho Freitas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, MagLevCobra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil Mandrak to maneuver through the defense. MagLevCobra's Lucas Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Rocha in the 54th minute of play. Gil Mandrak charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gil Mandrak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 55 played minutes MagLevCobra got a freekick which was hit by Gil Mandrak. After having played for 58 minutes, Vitório Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locomotiva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitório Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to MagLevCobra getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Joaquim Pombal hit a great ball. Vitório Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Vitório Araújo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucas Meirelles, 0-3. Arnaldo do Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MagLevCobra fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! Evaristo Rocha shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When Locomotiva FC's Evandro Peixoto in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MagLevCobra's goalie prevented a goal. Lucas Meirelles was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Preben Werskow capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Preben Werskow really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. MagLevCobra's Lucas Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evandro Peixoto in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, MagLevCobra's goalkeeper Lucas Meirelles had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitório Araújo. 91 minutes into the match, Locomotiva FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Mandrak came free, but Eliseu Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Meirelles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Rocha in the 94th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Evandro Peixoto in the 98th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the final whistle sounded Locomotiva FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than MagLevCobra.
