The crowd rose to their feet as Luiz Guilherme Vale kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Víktor Berger. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. In the 7th minute Aloísio Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agnaldo Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agnaldo Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Alagoano in the 8th minute of the match. Agnaldo Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Alagoano in the 10th minute of play. If Luiz Guilherme Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Duda Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abobral's Agnaldo Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Sanches in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Jericoaquara FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luiz Guilherme Vale fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Víktor Berger made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Luiz Guilherme Vale sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Abobral getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Daan Velthuis hit a great ball. Agnaldo Koehler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aloísio Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Conny Örn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Guilherme Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Guilherme Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Víktor Berger having to make a save. If Luiz Guilherme Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Víktor Berger managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Abobral's Luiz Guilherme Vale fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Víktor Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conny Örn, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Guilherme Vale made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Conny Örn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abobral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conny Örn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Jericoaquara FC defense, Luiz Guilherme Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Víktor Berger. The Jericoaquara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Víktor Berger should have stopped the shot. If Conny Örn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 60 played minutes, Abobral's Nelson Tavares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Víktor Berger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Abobral reached it. If Luiz Guilherme Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Abobral's Luiz Guilherme Vale in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jericoaquara FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Conny Örn came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Abobral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Örn couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Jericoaquara FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Cosme. Víktor Berger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto de Senna in the 67th minute of the match. Conny Örn might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Víktor Berger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conny Örn ran back to his position shaking his head. Sandrinho Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Frederico Martins suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Duda Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. A collision led to Abobral getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Sérgio Brasil hit a great ball. If Conny Örn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85thth minute of the game Luiz Guilherme Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jericoaquara FC's Víktor Berger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Abobral's Luiz Guilherme Vale in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jericoaquara FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 90th minute, Zé Augusto Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abobral walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
