Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eduardo Nóbrega started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Róbson Couto during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Celso Campidelis came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Serrota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Campidelis couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, Eduardo Nóbrega reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oswaldo Chaves. The goal made the score 1-0. Simão Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeferson Donato in the 13th minute of the match. Oswaldo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Nóbrega in the 14th minute of play. Simão Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Serrota's Oswaldo Chaves got control of the ball when Róbson Couto tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarbas da Rocha in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simão Guedes saved Pacas from getting behind. Celso Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Paulo Teixeira hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Pacas getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Oséas Barreto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas da Rocha in the 38th minute of play forced Pacas's goalkeeper Simão Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbson Couto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Oswaldo Chaves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Róbson Couto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Oswaldo Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Oswaldo Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jarbas da Rocha had several of the Pacas's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Simão Guedes as he didn't even see the shot coming. After some careless play in the Serrota defense, Eduardo Nóbrega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oswaldo Chaves. The Serrota fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oswaldo Chaves should have stopped the shot. Celso Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Guedes having to interfere. Oswaldo Chaves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Nóbrega in the 84th minute of play. Eduardo Nóbrega struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Oswaldo Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacas. Serrota's Oswaldo Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Nóbrega in the 89th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Oséas Barreto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oswaldo Chaves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 94 minutes into the match, Pacas's Róbson Couto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oswaldo Chaves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Serrota were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
