Spectators: 6670 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Teters FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino da Fonseca came free, but Anderson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marquinhos Paes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademir de Castro in the 17th minute. Ademir de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Paes having to interfere. José Carlos Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Cabo Frio FC's goalkeeper Marquinhos Paes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ademir de Castro. When Cabo Frio FC's José Carlos Dionísio in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Teters FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 32nd minute, Dino da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anderson do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Anderson do Vale came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabo Frio FC's José Carlos Dionísio. But to his dismay, José Carlos Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. José Carlos Dionísio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anderson do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Rafinha Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes into the match, Teters FC's Wilton Damião sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marquinhos Paes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Dino da Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Cabo Frio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino da Fonseca couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luan da Fonseca was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademir de Castro in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marquinhos Paes saved Cabo Frio FC from getting behind. Genílson Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Dino da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Anderson do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Teters FC booed when Cabo Frio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clive Morrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes, Teters FC's Natanael Correia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marquinhos Paes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Teters FC reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Dino da Fonseca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anderson do Vale. That made the score 1-4 in the 66 minute of play. Anderson do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dino da Fonseca who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Anderson do Vale when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute, José Carlos Dionísio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the Teters FC defense, Dino da Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anderson do Vale. The Teters FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anderson do Vale should have stopped the shot. In the 86th minute, Cabo Frio FC's José Carlos Dionísio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anderson do Vale. Anderson do Vale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. José Carlos Dionísio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Anderson do Vale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 93rd minute, Genílson Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dino da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Teters FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cabo Frio FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
