Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dedê da Costa got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Tarcisio Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betão Gomes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo França stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Betão Gomes's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Tarcisio Coelho hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Dedê da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ramón Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Geroky booed when TLB United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Betão Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for TLB United. Luizão Rodrigues stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rodolfo França. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Betão Gomes put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo França. 44 minutes into the game, Betão Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Rodolfo França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Geroky's zone, Betão Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo França came out of the goal and Betão Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Geroky players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TLB United were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Betão Gomes to strike the kick off in the second half. Leandro Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Rodolfo França didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TLB United. Betão Gomes in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rodolfo França, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Betão Gomes took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Rodolfo França to make any attempt to save it. Rodolfo França made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betão Gomes in the 68th minute. The nice shot from Betão Gomes in the 69thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Rodolfo França had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Gilmar Sampaio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Leandro Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TLB United's Gilmar Sampaio got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Gilmar Sampaio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodolfo França. Gilmar Sampaio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. TLB United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
