Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ademir de Lara kicked off to start the match. Cássio Paraense was a little too slow when Erik Campidelis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Erik Campidelis put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cássio Paraense. 12 minutes into the game, Mário Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estradinha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaujiru AD the free kick. Mário Rocha hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Konstantinos Toskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademir de Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Cássio Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Campidelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Paraense was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonel Macedo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. Gaujiru AD's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Elano Dias scored to the left of an out of position Cássio Paraense, making the score, 4-0. Cláudio Valladares's late challenge caught a Gaujiru AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cláudio Valladares helped the player get up and apologised. Cláudio Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Konstantinos Toskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir de Lara in the 34th minute of play. Erik Campidelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Erik Campidelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erik Campidelis made a kick off. Gaujiru AD's Cássio Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Campidelis in the 53rd minute of play. Cássio Paraense came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Estradinha FC's Leonel Macedo. But to his dismay, Leonel Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Leonel Macedo's late challenge caught a Gaujiru AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Macedo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gaujiru AD booed when Estradinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ian de Alcântara got free with Konstantinos Toskas in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Campidelis might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cássio Paraense. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Campidelis ran back to his position shaking his head. If Waldir Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Gaujiru AD's zone, Erik Campidelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Paraense came out of the goal and Erik Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 67 minutes, Erik Campidelis made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gaujiru AD's Cássio Paraense tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Erik Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Cássio Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademir de Lara kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The Estradinha FC fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Estradinha FC's Erik Campidelis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erik Campidelis in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cássio Paraense saved Gaujiru AD from getting behind. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gaujiru AD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yuri de Sena was slow to take the kick. During this time Estradinha FC's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 81 minutes, Elano Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estradinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elano Dias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Erik Campidelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erik Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Paraense having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Elano Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Estradinha FC's Erik Campidelis in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gaujiru AD's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Estradinha FC had played much better football throughout.
