Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Douglas Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KIMZAM FC's Nildo Novaes got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Piabeta's Douglas Mello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Donato in the 18th minute of play. João Pedro Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Mello read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Donato Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, João Pedro Donato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Mello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 40th minute, João Pedro Donato left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIMZAM FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Douglas Mello came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by KIMZAM FC's Nildo Novaes. But to his dismay, Nildo Novaes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

João Pedro Donato received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Douglas Mello came out and tried to block the shot, but João Pedro Donato slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 55th minute. After 63 played minutes Piabeta got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Bastos. Douglas Mello was a little too slow when João Pedro Donato got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 1-5. Nildo Novaes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 74th playminute. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 1-7 when Nildo Novaes sped through Piabeta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Douglas Mello. After a rather tough play, KIMZAM FC's Hílton Mineiro got a free kick in the 86th minute. After 89 played minutes Piabeta got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Rocha. The Piabeta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KIMZAM FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
