Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pedro Dias kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Raphael Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natã Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Márcio Paiva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fellipe Silveira. Marcelina FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Invictus's Pedro Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fellipe Silveira came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Invictus's Perivaldo Cearense. But to his dismay, Perivaldo Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Marcelina FC's Chiquinho Arce got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 26 played minutes Invictus got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Toscano. When Ronaldo Vergílio fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Invictus's protests and gave Ronaldo Vergílio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Ronaldo Vergílio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Invictus's Natã Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Queiroz in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Marcelina FC booed when Invictus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo Cearense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Faria hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute Invictus were awarded a corner. Eliseu Barbosa went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Invictus's Eliseu Barbosa to fire away a dangerous shot which Fellipe Silveira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 57th match minute, Invictus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márcio Paiva to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Cristóvão Quadros sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Invictus's Natã Braga didn't even have to move. Fellipe Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Dias in the 60th minute of play. If Perivaldo Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute of the match, Pedro Dias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fellipe Silveira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Perivaldo Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fellipe Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Invictus's Pedro Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fellipe Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fellipe Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Dias in the 71st minute of play. If Pedro Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute, Jefferson de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Dias in the 78th minute of play forced Marcelina FC's goalkeeper Fellipe Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Marcelina FC's goalkeeper Fellipe Silveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Dias. Chiquinho Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chiquinho Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chiquinho Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Eliseu Barbosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fellipe Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Marcelina FC's Fellipe Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Marcelina FC from getting a goal against them. With his leg Fellipe Silveira managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Invictus's Perivaldo Cearense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 91st minute, Armindo Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elivélton Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Natã Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelina FC's Fellipe Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Dias in the 95th minute of play. From a short distance, Invictus's Pedro Dias, in the 97th minute, tried to place the ball behind Fellipe Silveira, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. After some careless play in the Marcelina FC defense, Perivaldo Cearense kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fellipe Silveira. The Marcelina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fellipe Silveira should have stopped the shot. Invictus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
