Durval Coutinho's late challenge caught a Canizio Sette's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Durval Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jandiritiua SC's Durval Coutinho got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Benê Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dorian Faustino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jandiritiua SC's Durval Coutinho got a free kick in the 39th minute. Adelino Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anderson Baiano in the 40th minute. After 58 minutes, Vasco Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canizio Sette and the Jandiritiua SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes Canizio Sette got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Amaral. When Benê Tasso came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Canizio Sette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benê Tasso couldn't finish the play. Marcelinho Prata's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Dorian Faustino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 74th minute, Benê Tasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adelino Saraiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 77 played minutes Canizio Sette got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Amaral. A collision led to Canizio Sette getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Vasco Amaral hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Marcelinho Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Marcelinho Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelinho Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the game, Benê Tasso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Adelino Saraiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelinho Prata struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dorian Faustino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jandiritiua SC. Vasco Amaral was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jandiritiua SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Canizio Sette.
