Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Pimenta in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Cearense prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gilson Tróia hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Guaianases Virtual Clube's Zacarias Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Guaianases Virtual Clube from getting a goal against them. Antônio Carlos Brasil received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zacarias Senna came out and tried to block the shot, but Antônio Carlos Brasil slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. Guaianases Virtual Clube's Zacarias Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Guaianases Virtual Clube from getting a goal against them. Deivid Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ismael Pimenta sped through Pacoca's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonas Cearense. If Caio Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Pedro Augusto Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Cearense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antônio Carlos Brasil stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zacarias Senna. 2-1. Caio Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Senna having to interfere.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antônio Carlos Brasil was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Guaianases Virtual Clube's Ismael Pimenta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonas Cearense. Jonas Cearense yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. 58 minutes into the match, Guaianases Virtual Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Brasil came free, but Zacarias Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reginaldo Souza lost his temper 93 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Pacoca getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Reginaldo Souza hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Guaianases Virtual Clube had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
