But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Seb Breeden couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Tabaqueiro AD's Seb Breeden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Didi Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Iuri Trigo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tabaqueiro AD's Sabino Monteiro. Sabino Monteiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute Arlindo de Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabino Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabino Monteiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 26th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hernani Trigo. 28 minutes into the game, Tabaqueiro AD's José Maria Pernambucano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Didi Abreu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Seb Breeden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walmir Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Didi Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tabaqueiro AD. When Arlindo de Sena fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEISTER UNID's protests and gave Arlindo de Sena a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to LEISTER UNID getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Arlindo de Sena hit a great ball. Didi Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seb Breeden, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 43rd minute, LEISTER UNID's Iuri Trigo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Sabino Monteiro made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Jonas Nascimento sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Walmir Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of LEISTER UNID:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tabaqueiro AD:s goal. The referee gave Tabaqueiro AD a penalty, 52 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Seb Breeden, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LEISTER UNID's Didi Abreu. 2-2. Walmir Fonseca's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Didi Abreu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 61 minutes into the match, Tabaqueiro AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Lima came free, but Sabino Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Jonas Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Sabino Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Doriva do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Jean Lima was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. In the 91st match minute, LEISTER UNID was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean Lima to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seb Breeden in the 92nd minute of play forced LEISTER UNID's goalkeeper Didi Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dário Favoretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Walmir Fonseca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Didi Abreu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
