Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Valério Ferreira took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 5 played minutes Palestra got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Arósio. A hard and well directed shot from Enéas Britto led 6 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Palestra's Tiago Gabriel Souto became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-0. Valério Ferreira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 12th minute. Desapregados's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Lino Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Valério Ferreira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 22nd minute, Valério Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 played minutes Desapregados got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Britto. If Lino Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Valério Ferreira made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Gabriel Souto. Palestra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dudu Barbosa made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Desapregados's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Lopes came free, but Sebastião Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiago Gabriel Souto came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Desapregados's Rômulo Vieira. But to his dismay, Rômulo Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Valério Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lino Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tiago Gabriel Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Valério Ferreira made a precise shot to the right of Tiago Gabriel Souto. Palestra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Tiago Gabriel Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Fonseca in the 79th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeu Netto got free with Sebastião Ortiz in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Tadeu Netto could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Sebastião Ortiz however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Palestra booed when Desapregados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frédson Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastião Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dudu Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valério Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tiago Gabriel Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeu Netto's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sebastião Ortiz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Valério Ferreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiago Gabriel Souto having to make a save. 96 minutes into the match, Desapregados's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Barbosa came free, but Sebastião Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
