Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 10) 2 minutes into the match, Victor Recife notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Florsina's Germano Linares. Germano Linares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 6th minute Pedro Luís Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juarês Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Secco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Germano Linares. Florsina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute, Geraldo Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Timão Trigo F.C. booed when Florsina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederico Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hermínio Quaresma kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Timão Trigo F.C. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. César Barros hit a great ball. Timão Trigo F.C.'s Juarês Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Prado in the 28th minute of play. If Victor Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes Timão Trigo F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frederico Rodrigues who took care of the corner kick. Juarês Paraense came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Florsina's Pedro Luís Furtado. But to his dismay, Pedro Luís Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After having played for 44 minutes, Filipe Prado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Florsina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Prado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Luís Furtado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juarês Paraense having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Recife stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Florsina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Luís Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germano Linares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Victor Recife had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Germano Linares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio da Rocha in the 60th minute of the match. Victor Recife recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipe Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Juarês Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timão Trigo F.C.'s Juarês Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís Furtado in the 66th minute of play. Hamílton Ferreira hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, Nildo dos Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Florsina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timão Trigo F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Florsina getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nildo dos Santos hit a great ball. Hermínio Quaresma's late challenge caught a Florsina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermínio Quaresma helped the player get up and apologised. In the 74th minute, Hermínio Quaresma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Luís Furtado struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Juarês Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florsina. Juarês Paraense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filipe Prado in the 78th minute.
