But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Piotr Bantz couldn't finish the play. Areal's Diguinho Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Bantz in the 11th minute of play. Diguinho Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Piotr Bantz struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Diguinho Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floretto F.C.. After a defensive mix-up in Areal's zone, Renatinho de Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diguinho Queiroz came out of the goal and Renatinho de Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Renatinho de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diguinho Queiroz having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Piotr Bantz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Diguinho Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Magno Tepedino struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Diguinho Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Floretto F.C.. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beto Proença during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Floretto F.C. booed when Areal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Piotr Bantz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Diguinho Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-5 became the score in the 56th minute when Piotr Bantz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Areal's Diguinho Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Bantz in the 59th minute of play. Piotr Bantz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Diguinho Queiroz made a huge save. In the 62nd minute, Renatinho de Medeiros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renatinho de Medeiros in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diguinho Queiroz saved Areal from getting behind. 65 minutes into the game, Piotr Bantz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Diguinho Queiroz. Piotr Bantz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Diguinho Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Bantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mané Zilles came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Floretto F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mané Zilles couldn't finish the play. Mané Zilles hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Magno Tepedino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diguinho Queiroz, 0-7. If Magno Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Piotr Bantz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Floretto F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Bantz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diguinho Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Magno Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diguinho Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Bantz in the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to Areal getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Maicon Bastos hit a great ball. Piotr Bantz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Diguinho Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
