Washington Bueno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Douglas Dante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, SUPERBOL's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Botelho came free, but Washington Bueno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredinho Vidal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After 16 played minutes, Colina's Anísio Rodrigues shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Washington Bueno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Colina reached it. If Douglas Dante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Celso Botelho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 30 played minutes, SUPERBOL's Osmar Braga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodrigo Brito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SUPERBOL reached it. Douglas Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celso Botelho got in the 38th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Washington Bueno handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. SUPERBOL's Washington Bueno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Botelho in the 40th minute of play. Vânderson Furtado hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Douglas Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colina's Rodrigo Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguinho Damião in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind SUPERBOL's goalkeeper Washington Bueno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half Colina were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Celso Botelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Bueno having to interfere. SUPERBOL's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Douglas Dante 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 64th minute Douglas Dante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Washington Bueno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguinho Damião in the 71st minute of the match. When Colina's Douglas Dante in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SUPERBOL's goalie prevented a goal.
