Cauã Diniz scored 0-4 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio de Senna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clube do Remo's Flávio de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauã Diniz in the 45th minute of play. The Clube do Remo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube Delta de Futebol were winning 0-4.

Flávio de Senna made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Cauã Diniz sent off a good shot on target. In the 52nd minute, Cauã Diniz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube Delta de Futebol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 56 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo's goal looked a bit too open when Fatih-Sultan Mehmet came free, but Flávio de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cauã Diniz came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flávio de Senna could save by the left post. If Válter Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
