A collision led to Barcefla getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Diamantino Tróia hit a great ball. Ezequiel Gonçalves acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Manuel Negri. Telmo Miranda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes, Levante fc's Manuel Negri got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ezequiel Gonçalves. With his leg Ezequiel Gonçalves managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Levante fc's Ramón Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Valle got free with Ezequiel Gonçalves in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Barcefla fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Levante fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
