Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eliézer Zanette took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Manica FC booed when Guarehy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benê Félix didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliézer Zanette scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ademar Coelho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eliézer Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ademar Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 9 minutes, Carlos Alberto Baiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guarehy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Alberto Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Pedro Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manica FC's Emílio Pernambucano got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st match minute, Guarehy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Paraense to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Guarehy's goal looked a bit too open when Eliézer Zanette came free, but Ademar Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Manica FC's goalkeeper Leandro Paraense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kléber Trigo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Baiano in the 29th minute of play forced Manica FC's goalkeeper Leandro Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match, Kléber Trigo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Leandro Paraense was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39th minute Carlos Alberto Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kléber Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Alberto Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Leandro Paraense managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when Guarehy's Kléber Trigo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Alberto Baiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Manica FC's zone, Kléber Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Paraense came out of the goal and Kléber Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 58 played minutes Guarehy got a freekick which was hit by Zé Pedro Borges. Ademar Coelho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emílio Pernambucano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Kléber Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guarehy's supporters rose to their feet, but Kléber Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benê Félix, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Guarehy's Carlos Alberto Baiano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Paraense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eliézer Zanette received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ademar Coelho came out and tried to block the shot, but Eliézer Zanette slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 72nd minute. Leandro Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manica FC's Leandro Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber Trigo in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliézer Zanette in the 82nd minute of play forced Guarehy's goalkeeper Ademar Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kléber Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Leandro Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Manica FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinícius Arantes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Baiano in the 90th minute of play forced Manica FC's goalkeeper Leandro Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliézer Zanette received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ademar Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Alberto Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kléber Trigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Although Guarehy had been in control for most of the match, Manica FC still came away with the win.
