Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Sidney da Fonseca started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 8th match minute, Ines was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernão Antunes to maneuver through the defense. Sidney da Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Giovani Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovani Galvão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernão Antunes's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Raimundo Tróia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Veiga in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Fairy Tail got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Messias. Ines's Sydney Mota couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fairy Tail. Giovani Galvão came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ines's Fernão Antunes. But to his dismay, Fernão Antunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Ines's Raimundo Tróia got control of the ball when Gustavo Veiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Válbson Marquez hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Guilherme Cosme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Raimundo Tróia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Fairy Tail got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Fonseca. Sidney da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Sidney da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

55 minutes into the match, Fairy Tail's goalkeeper Giovani Galvão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Queirós. In the 57th minute, Guilherme Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes Ines got a freekick which was hit by Fernão Antunes. In the 63rd minute, Guilherme Cosme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fairy Tail fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The supporters of Fairy Tail booed when Ines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guilherme Cosme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney da Fonseca in the 77th minute of play forced Fairy Tail's goalkeeper Giovani Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernão Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Giovani Galvão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sidney da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st match minute, Fairy Tail was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Branco to maneuver through the defense. Sidney da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Giovani Galvão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ines. Giovani Galvão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernão Antunes in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Fairy Tail's Giovani Galvão got control of the ball when Fernão Antunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Fairy Tail support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
