Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Castro started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Barandao's goalkeeper Telmo Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vágner Botelho. Vágner Botelho's late challenge caught a Barandao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vágner Botelho helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Telmo Lopes managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Flor's Vágner Botelho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Barandao's Alan Ceresso got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Olavo Pimenta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alan Ceresso lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Barandao getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alan Ceresso hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, Flor's Olavo Pimenta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Telmo Lopes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Flor reached it. Adrian Ahlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Arí Pernambucano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexsandro Esteves hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Francisco Inko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arí Pernambucano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Telmo Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Castro in the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artur Mello during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Artur Mello hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Remo Godoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Telmo Lopes, 1-1. 48 minutes into the match, Barandao's goalkeeper Telmo Lopes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexsandro Esteves. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Inko was the one to do the kick off. Arí Pernambucano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wellington Proença in the 54th minute of the match. Marco Castro scored 2-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Telmo Lopes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Telmo Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Telmo Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Castro in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Remo Godoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flor's Arí Pernambucano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Flor from getting a goal against them. Barandao's Telmo Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexsandro Esteves in the 76th minute of play. Telmo Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vágner Botelho in the 78th minute of the match. When Dorival Simões fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flor's protests and gave Dorival Simões a yellow card for diving instead. 79 minutes into the game, one of Flor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Botelho in the 85th minute of play forced Barandao's goalkeeper Telmo Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Barandao's Francisco Inko dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. Telmo Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Castro in the 92nd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Flor's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Ahlgren came free, but Arí Pernambucano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telmo Lopes came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Flor's Alexsandro Esteves. But to his dismay, Alexsandro Esteves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3.
