Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Jefferson Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Olívio Gomes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 12th minute, Jefferson Duarte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sanchalts F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jefferson Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Reis in the 15th minute of the match. Claudinei Prestes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Esteves's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Oswaldo Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Claudinei Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olívio Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudinei Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William do Nascimento in the 28th minute of play. William do Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudinei Prestes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Olívio Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson Urbano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Duarte in the 34th minute of play forced Cajubi SS's goalkeeper Jefferson Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferson Urbano having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Cajubi SS got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Arce. Jefferson Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio Gomes in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Doriva Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sanchalts F.C.'s zone, William do Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudinei Prestes came out of the goal and William do Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Sanchalts F.C. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Olívio Gomes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jefferson Urbano. Cajubi SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olívio Gomes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Olívio Gomes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Jefferson Urbano made a huge save. Cajubi SS's Jefferson Urbano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Cajubi SS from getting a goal against them. After recieving a nice pass, Sanchalts F.C.'s Nuno de Toledo tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Sanchalts F.C. getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Michel Reis hit a great ball. Cajubi SS's Wilton Rosa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sanchalts F.C.. In the 67th minute, Doriva Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Cajubi SS's Jefferson Urbano got control of the ball when Olívio Gomes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cajubi SS's zone, Olívio Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Urbano came out of the goal and Olívio Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sanchalts F.C.'s Claudinei Prestes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oswaldo Esteves in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Doriva Meira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sanchalts F.C. and the Cajubi SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olívio Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Sanchalts F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cajubi SS.
