Duarte Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Eger having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Maximim EC's Noel Sergipano got a free kick in the 14th minute. Fellipe Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Vale in the 16th minute of the match. Valério Almeida in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquim Couto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Valério Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Munde AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Valério Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valério Almeida could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Joaquim Couto made a huge save. Noel Sergipano took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fellipe Eger. Fellipe Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Fellipe Eger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noel Sergipano went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Mesquita to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Armando Mesquita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Couto. Maximim EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Mesquita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 58 minutes into the match, Maximim EC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Mesquita came free, but Joaquim Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germano Moraes hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Valério Almeida scored 3-2 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquim Couto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel Sergipano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Fellipe Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Sergipano in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Munde AD's goalkeeper Fellipe Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duarte Vale. Duarte Vale struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Fellipe Eger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maximim EC. After a long run with the ball, Filipe Quadros did a trick in the 87th minute in front of Maximim EC's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 4-3. An impressive performance by Munde AD's Filipe Quadros! 96 minutes into the game, Noel Sergipano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maximim EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Munde AD the free kick. The supporters of Munde AD booed when Maximim EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noel Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Maximim EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Munde AD.
